FRM-40735: ON-INSERT Raised Unhandled Exception When Attempting to Add Locations

在创建组织地址(Organization Location)时, 报出的FRM-40735错误, 其底层错误是:

ORA-29273: HTTP request failed ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP"

在Oracle Support上可以找到相应的Note 552539.1, 设置PROFILE: "IRC: Geocode Host"为空即可.
